Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Helping your child become as self-sufficient as possible

The goal of pediatric occupational therapy is to help children develop the critical skills they need to become healthy, independent adults. With the goal of reaching important milestones, pediatric occupational therapy helps your child with:

  • Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination

Our pediatric occupational therapy experts also consider necessary requirements for adaptive equipment and provide recommendations, referrals, and support, as appropriate. They are trained to fit and construct hand, finger, and wrist splints, as needed, to improve mobility and function.

Group dance services are also offered as part of DMG CRS’ occupational therapy programs. Led by one of our registered, licensed pediatric occupational therapists, these group dance classes are a creative, fun way for children to move closer towards their functional goals.
